应该科学卫生的手淫，然后注意饮食加强锻炼，保证身体的健康手淫应该不会对身体造成太大的伤害。本人也是哦。哦哈哈。。多锻炼。多吃点韭菜核桃羊肉狗肉的。。如果搞的太累了太虚弱吃点六味地黄丸！保证身体才能持久搞女人。。。不然到了40岁就完了。。岂不是……
