关于图床的问题

各位色哥色姐：
小第是第一次玩论坛。好多地方不懂（基本网忙‘但是网痴）。想请教一下关于图床的问提，希望知道的各位哥哥姐姐指点一下。

1，那里有好的图床（放H图的）（免费的）？国内的最好。
2，国外的图床怎么用啊？（英文字母我全认识，拼到一块就不行了）。
3，有了图床后怎么发到论坛上啊？
     如果有知道的千万别怕麻烦说出来。所有不知道的会感谢你的 。
