避孕带环好还是吃药好

想问各位兄弟.自家老婆想找个好的避孕方式.是带环好还是吃避孕药好.还是有其他办法.上网也查了.医院也问了，但是医院说的花样太多.说带的那个环有好多材质.价格也不同！想问各位兄弟你的另一半带环时用了多少钱？是什么材质的？
