这两种都是广谱抗生素，还是不能滥用的，用多了产生耐药性了以后再有什么感染就难办了，确实有症状了再吃，预防性吃药就算了

前列腺炎分为很多类，细菌性、无菌性或者单纯的前列腺痛。前列腺炎治疗的关键在于分类的判断，如果是无菌性前列腺炎吃抗生素是没有任何效果的，所以建议及时就医，不要把抗生素当成万能。
