老剧情片和现在的影片比起来，至少有以下几个明显的区别：注重情节更甚于注重动作的戏份；男女演员基本上都不剃掉体毛；女演员基本上没有手术或整容的痕迹，尤其是乳房；综合以上几点看起来，老剧情片基本上是普通的剧情电影加上色情段落，而现在的电影则更像是赤裸裸的性交场面加上一些穿着衣服的片段。
